iTunes Music Store cover art grabber


I’ve been loading a lot of cover art into iTunes lately. One problem is that the quality of cover art available on the internet is pretty poor—it’s usually hard to find anything bigger than 300px. This hack returns 600px art for most albums in iTMS.

Major theaters take their ball and go home


They’re refusing to show Steven Soderbergh’s new movie “Bubble” because he’s releasing it to theaters, DVD, and TV simultaneously, in an attempt to gain control over what piracy is already doing.

Susanica.com, Susan’s photojournalism site, launches today. We’ve been working on it for a few months. Although it’s no great shakes design-wise, this is the site that prompted all the Unicode investigations, as well as a host of other best-practices magic. Try the GMap.
