Heeeeeeeeeeey
As Rob would say.
Long time no see.
I’ve been pretty busy, and there’s no ‘net access in my room yet. Sorry for the lack of postage.
Gotta go! #

Revision
Almost forgot to mention — thought you might enjoy this. My wrist is now making a nice squeaking sound (accompanied by an appropriate vibration) whenever I move it back and forth. Woohoo, steroids, here I come! #
Oh yes.
I’m in the Radisson, oh yeah, that’s right. It’s oh so nice, especially compared to the 3 dorms I’ve seen so far. Oh yes. Uh huh. That’s right. #
Jackpot!
Sweet, I found the real computers on this campus. You see, I figured that being a CECS student and all, I would probably have access to more than iMacs. So I head on down to the Salvatori CS center…
Me: Umm, I’d like to sign in to use a computer?
Him: What kind?
Me: Huh?
Him: We have P3 Win2000 boxes, Sun SPARC workstations, and Apple G4’s. You want PC?
Me: drooooooool
So, yay. I type this from a Dell Win2K box.
I saw a doctor this morning. He didn’t really know what he was talking about… “Take some ibu, and rest up.” Riiiight. Yeah, that’ll help. We’re talking steroids or surgery here, buddy. Sheesh. Anyway, if it still hurts in a few days, I can go back and get a referral to see the orthopaedist, which is what I really need.
Time to go call Colleen! Talk to you later. #
Chris’s Tale of Woe, Part I
So, I made snare! yay! That’s right. Me, the freshman, made snare on the drumline of one of the most famous bands in the world.
And now my wrist is swollen and I can’t play.
Stupid tendonitis.
So I had to quit.
It’s worse than it was before. I’m having trouble even typing this entry. It feels like I broke my wrist. It hurts too much to type, in fact… I’m typing with one hand. sigh #
i’ll be back!
ok, it’s that time. time for me to go. i’ve been packing for way too long, and i’m pretty much done now.
I love you Colleen! I will miss you so much.
I’m gonna miss my friends too. I almost started crying tonight when I was saying goodbye to all of them. What a great group of people.
If all goes well with the shipment of my computer, I should post again here sometime in the vicinity of next monday. We’ll see.
Until then… if you’re reading this, then you probably know me. So I’ll just say that I miss you already! #
mmhmm
May I present the chillcam. #
I’m clean now, at least.
My, I sure haven’t been seeing this screen bery much recently. Just came home from a water fight/CTF battle. My team was not victorious, although we still had fun.
I saw The Mexican today with Colleen. It was OK, as Julia Roberts movies go. I guess it was a Brad Pitt movie too, huh. Hmmm.
I leave in two days! Ahhh! #
Bla bla bla
Haven’t posted here much lately. Sorry. Life is busy.
I leave on Thursday… Gotta pack, gotta do other stuff, gah… #
Colleen!
Sing it with me now!
Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen! Colleen!

Bring on the Dancing Horses
Whoo, I’m tired. We had a LAN party last night… Actually, it was more of a computers-in-close-proximity party. Since the LAN seemed not to want to work. We’d play UT, and everybody had a 2-second ping. We’d play CS, and it would complain that Joe’s PC was not on our LAN (which it was, since it saw the game server at all). Anyway, I’m too tired to be funny, no sleep.
Man, I’ve got a lot of stuff to do before I leave. #
Canadian World Domination
I spent most of today making the old HP work.
Just as I typed “format”, the NIC died. Of course, I did not know this at the time, which complicated matters. I had a spare one in the closet (an ISA D-Link, heheh), so now that’s working (technically). I can’t get file/print sharing to work though, which was the real reason for this format. Win98 doesn’t like Win2K, methinks.
I did find out that both this site and Nova Lingua look darn good in IE4, which is what comes with Win98. Rejoice!
Me tired. Going to the mall tomorrow to spend gift certificates. Whoooooo. #
